个人简介

卞维新,男,安徽霍邱人,19747月生,博士,教授,硕士生导师。2005年获贵州大学计算机应用技术专业工学硕士学位,同年7月进入安徽师范大学任教。2018年获中国矿业大学计算机应用技术专业工学博士学位。20137月至20146月,北京大学信息科学技术学院国内访问学者,20189-20197月,英国赫尔大学计算机科学与技术系交流学习。主要从事机器学习、模式识别与图像处理、生物特征认证及隐私保护等领域的研究工作。近年来在IEEE Transactions on Information Forensics & SecurityPattern RecognitionInformation SciencesFuture Generation Computer SystemsIET Image ProcessingIET BiometricsInternational Journal of Machine Learning and Cybernetics、软件学报和中国图象图形学报等国内外高水平期刊和重要国际会议上公开发表该领域学术论文30多篇。学术论文“Fingerprint ridge orientation field reconstruction using the best quadratic approximation by orthogonal polynomials in two discrete variables”获第八届安徽省自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖。获安徽省教学成果二等奖1项,授权发明专利1项、获批软件著作权2项。主持安徽省自然科学基金面上项目2项、安徽高校省级自然科学研究项目和安徽师范大学自然科学研究项目各1项,参与国家自然科学基金4项,安徽省自然科学基金1项。
